Welcome back facebook

So I logged on to fb today to see that my Blog is finally syndicating into notes again, which is rather nice. I just hope that it's working for good now, and this wasn't just a batch import to deal with my bug report.

That's right! You can submit bug reports to facebook! Right here.
I first submitted the report back on 27th June, and was amused to receive this in an automated response email:

"Thank you for submitting this bug report and taking time to help us improve the site. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to every bug report individually, but we are reading them.

Screen shots often help our team diagnose problems that users are seeing. If you did not send a screen shot with your report, please follow the directions listed here".

For the sake of completeness and slightly tongue-in-cheek trolling I obliged and provided them with this informative piece:

And it appears by diligence and patience has been rewarded, albeit twenty-three days¹ later. As to whether post importing will be back to normal now (with post-to-note time of around an hour), well I guess we'll find out now!







¹ And speaking of numbers of days, today is my 100,000th day alive!
