Of iPhones and bridges

So yes apparently you can email a 'secret' address and have the email
auto magically published to your blog!
But, "why would you want to do that Dave?" I hear you cry.
Well, it's time I came clean, I went and bought an iPhone off a guy at work didn't I? So yup, that's it.
All I have to say is: Pete it's really all you fault ;)
Lol they are kinda fun though aren't they?
I realised that my current phone was just about at the end of it's life (trying to listen to music, whilst walking, required one to carefully hold both cable and adaptor in some tantric arrangement) and an iOpportunity arose :)

So yeah I was extremely worried when I discovered there was no blogger app, thankfully this email to blog seems to provide an adequate replacement. So yeah, here's my first photo blog from an iPhone, performed by taking a picture and hitting: "email this".
It better work!

Tragically last week the bridge of my violin pinged out of place, breaking one of its legs in the process. Dutifully I went online and ordered a replacement, only to be informed that they're a real pain to fit. Undeterred I picked up some sand paper from Tescos (they actually sell everything!) and went about shaping and fitting it.
After a few close finger/knife calls and some manic sanding I am proud to reveal, I did it :)
